Delete your LeeCntry account

1. Open LeeCntry and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Account, then choose Request account deletion. The option is also available in Settings and Privacy.
3. Read the explanation, confirm the request, and track it through Support requests.

1. افتح تطبيق لي وسجّل الدخول إلى الحساب المراد حذفه.
2. افتح «حسابي» ثم اختر «طلب حذف الحساب». ستجد الخيار أيضًا في الإعدادات والخصوصية.
3. اقرأ التفاصيل وأكّد الطلب، ثم تابع حالته من طلبات الدعم.

Use the button above or email leecntry@gmail.com with the subject “LeeCntry account deletion request”. Include the email address or phone number used for the account and your profile name. Do not send your password or verification codes.

استخدم الزر أعلاه أو أرسل رسالة إلى leecntry@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب LeeCntry». اذكر البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب واسم الملف الشخصي. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز التحقق.

• Your account profile and authentication association.
• Your saved account preferences and favorites.
• Your user-created content, media, advertisements, listings, messages, reviews, bookings, orders, and support records when associated with your account and not required to be retained.

• ملف الحساب وارتباط تسجيل الدخول.
• تفضيلات الحساب والمفضلة المحفوظة.
• المحتوى والوسائط والإعلانات والأنشطة والرسائل والتقييمات والحجوزات والطلبات وسجلات الدعم المرتبطة بالحساب، ما لم يكن الاحتفاظ بها مطلوبًا.

To protect users, we may verify that the requester controls the account. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. The account may become unavailable before all backend deletion work is complete. We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial or transaction records, or protection of other users. Retained data is restricted to the applicable purpose and retention period.

لحماية المستخدمين، قد نتحقق من أن مقدم الطلب يملك الحساب. تُنجز الطلبات المتحقق منها عادة خلال 30 يومًا، وقد يصبح الحساب غير متاح قبل اكتمال حذف جميع النسخ الخلفية. قد نحتفظ بمعلومات محدودة للالتزام القانوني أو الأمان أو منع الاحتيال أو حل النزاعات أو السجلات المالية والمعاملات أو حماية المستخدمين الآخرين، وتُقيّد هذه البيانات بالغرض والمدة اللازمين.
