• Account information such as name, email address, phone number, profile image, and authentication identifiers.
• Location information you select, and device location only when you grant permission and use a location feature.
• Content you provide, including listings, advertisements, images, videos, messages, reviews, bookings, orders, and support requests.
• Technical data such as device information, notification tokens, diagnostics, crash reports, and app performance information.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide app features, show relevant local content, process bookings and requests, enable communication, moderate content, prevent abuse, send notifications, provide support, and improve reliability.

We use service providers, including Google Firebase services, for authentication, databases, file storage, notifications, diagnostics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring. Information may also be shared with another user or business when you intentionally contact them, book, order, publish content, or otherwise use a feature that requires that exchange. We do not sell personal information.

Depending on the feature you choose, the app may request access to location, camera, photos or media, microphone, and notifications. You can deny or revoke optional permissions in your device settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable.

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time. Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the rights of other users.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access controls and encrypted network connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
